Mixture adjustment 200 1983

I recently installed the 4 led air/fuel meter from ipd. The mixture is fine when the engine is cold or just warmed up (Yellow led). When fully warmed up, I only get the red led which indicates a lean mix. The idle mixture was set to spec. Is there an adjustment for running mixture? Does the mixture adjustment on the fuel dist affect mixture off idle? Everything runs fine and boost is stock. All results noted were under WOT. Thanks.
