the co adjustment is for the whole range, not just idle. the o2 sensor only reads o2. to set the mixture right, you need at least a co machine, preferably a 4 or 5 gas. how's the control pressure? if it's too high, it'll run lean. the control pressure changes as the control pressure regulator warms up. good luck, chuck.
