off the frame 1800 1973

I just optained a 73 P1800ES. Very good shape. I live in Eastern NC, if anyone knows of a good body shop in this area, please let me know. I want (don't know that I will)to do an "off the frame" restoration. This is my first attempt at a restoration also. Any pointer's would be welcome.
