The T-Rex is Sick, Pulled Codes 900

I need some help on this.

1993 Rex/Regina, stalled two of the last three times driving it. Once at 45, hot engine, and again at 20 MPH, cold engine. Restarted immediately after the car had stopped and ignition was switched off. I tried to restart on the second stall while rolling in neutral and it would not which may rule out the ignition switch. After each restart I was able to drive like nothing had happened.

Pulled codes, socket 6, was 1-1-1.

Socket 2:
1-3-2 for battery voltage too low or too high.
2-2-3 for signal missing from Idle Air Control Valve.

Neither should cause the car to stall. (?)

New crank sensor, new or borrowed fuel pump relay and fuel injector relay. New fuel filter, air cleaner, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, T-belt. Emissions test was great and I am getting good gas mileage. Cleaned IAC valve. I will check the ground connections again, clean the battery terminals and check voltage.
