I have asked this before but no solution was received. A/C blower speed. 700 1990

The blower fan motor on my 1990 745 does not put out enough volume of air. I had a 1990 740 that the air volume was a lot more. I switched the blower motors between the two cars and the 745 air volume was the same. I put a new blower motor in the 745 and there was no change. I replaced a resistor behind the glove box and no change. I am at a loss as to what to do. How can I get the blower motor to go faster and give a higher volume of air coming out of the a/c ducts?
