90 760T warms up step on accelerator bogs down 700 1990

760T brick warms up after 20 minutes and when step on accelerator it bogs down and wont move. If I step on the accelerator very gently, and slightly the car will begin to move- cannot raise rpm's over 1500 or it starts to bog.Can get to 2nd gear 30 mph tops. replaced intake hoses and vacumn hoses-no vacumn leaks. Pulled off vacumn to FPR made no difference.
