I'm guessing this problem started out of the blue? check fuel pressure. Also, how much gas do you have in the tank? if it is low, you could have a crack on the little suction hose on the feed pump, which will pull air and replicate your symtems. If your fuel pressure checks ok and you have more than a 1/2 a tank, then try the mass air flow sensor. Good luck.
