Update on Garrett turbo misbehaving 700

The other post told of spending 500+ and still having a drivability problem. My mecanic said to fill the tank and see if it drove better - something about a hose in the tank possibly being damaged.

Well, I filled it up - and if anything it is worse rather than better, but mostly above 60. On fairly level ground at 55 it just purrs along. Stomp it from that point and it will jump out there as it is supposed to - but cutting out along the way - like it is losing gas.

I am still hoping for a solution. Help!
