Tranny 200

I was thinking about changing the tranny fluid, now if i just change the fluid in the pan, it's 2-3.5 qts right? I was going to do a full flush, but at a bit over 50K, I didn't think it was worth it. What do you guy think, full flush or just change the pan fluid?
