Every once in a while, when we start the car, none of the electrical components (wipers, radio, turn signals, fan) work. THey are all dead. However, if we turn off the engine and then restart, then eventually will come a time when every electrical system is working fine. We seem to notice a different engine sound when the systems don't work versus when the systems work. Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong? Thanks so much.
