140 Sport seats and mounting brackets 140-160

Where can I find an inexpensive set of sport seats for a 140?
I've heard good things about Corbeau, and they make brackets for 122's and 1800's. Are they the same brackets as a 140?
Also, my car is a daily driver 142- so I need to be able to flip the seats forward for rear seat access. I saw a Mini with non-flipping seats that used hinges on the brackets; maybe that could work(and be track day legal)?
