945 Turbo Ticking sound 900 1986

It almost sounds like an exhaust leak at the manifold, but I can't tell for sure. I can't figure out where it is coming from. The other thought that I had was maybe it's a lifter ticking. It gets faster/slower with the revs of the engine. What does a noisy lifter sound like?
I use Mobil 1 and change regularly.
