Front seals 200 1990

I just got a quote to have all my front seals replaced including valve cover gasket. Replace the timing belt and tensioner for $700. Does that seem reasonable? I am using a new volvo/Saab shop here in Nashville I was referred to. That is parts and labor. I have been reading this forum for a long time and read all the posts about cleaning the flame trap. I learned the hard way how important this is! This is a great forum.
