Depending on what you are using the car for either the HIF6 or HS6 are good.
Maybe if you are doing some racing the HIF6 is possibly best as the float bowl is on the bottom which supposedly leads to less fuel surge cf the HS6.
I have just replaced some Strombergs for HS6's using a 122S alloy inlet manifold, heat shield but no spacers and this is here in Australia where temperatures can get very high in summer. I have put on ram stacks and filter socks.
This same setup caused no problems on the 122S I had.
The needles on the HS6 should be KN or KD which are the usual ones specified.
