front end questions 200 1986

I have resigned myself to replacing many wearable parts in the frontend of the car...hey i guess after nearly 20 years of life i can't be too mad when they fail. I wanted to know about the lower control arm bushing replacement...will the old ones simply come out or do i need to completely remove the control arm and have them pressed out? likewise will the new ones go in or do they have to be pressed in? also the stearing rack boot on one side is shot...it seems that I have to take off the tie rod end to replace...if i carefully mark the tie rod end and replace in the same way as it is now, will i be ok alignment wise or eill the front end have to be aligned? also will an alignement be neccessary after balljoint and strut replacement?
