Has anyone had any experience with cruise control faults resulting in a speedo that bounces right after startup...then settles down? How about cruise faults in relation to a bad LH ECU or the jumping speedo and bad LH ECU?

Any input will be appreciated. I have a fellow brickster looking for help with his cruise control/speedo problems. Would like to lend a hand.
