Timing Gear Replacement? 120-130

After reading all of the discussion about fiber and steel timing gears I still wonder if I should replace my timing gear (the milage is unknown on my car, but it is at least 175K kilomethers).

I am not experiencing any problems or noise, but if it is going to go, why not replace it? Next question is......should I replace it with a fiber or steel gear? Thanks for your advice.
