'90 740 Windshield wiper fluid 700 1990

I have an issue with my windshield wiper mechanism. It doesn't seem to be outputting any water from the nozzle. I would probably attribute it to the New York cold.

I checked the pipes heading towards the nozzle and they are working. The pump is working. I disconnected the 2 pipes meeting at the "T" at the front (near the windshield) under the hood, and it is pushing the liquid out. So the problem lies between the last set of pipes that are hidden under the hood cover.

Is there a 'DRANO'-like liquid i can use to clean out those pipes? I used a sewing needle to clean out whatever I could from the front nozzles (on the outside), but i still get a very pedestrian, whimper like fluid output.

What method do you guys use to fix such an issue?

Thanks,

Pranav
