How long does it take your oil pressure light to go out at start up? 900 1994

Starting about 3 months ago, it takes about 1 second for the oil pressure light to go off at the startup. I know 1 second may not hurt anything at idle speed, but it seemed to be a new behavior. It happens when the car was parked several hours. If turn off the engine and start within 30 minutes, the oil goes out immediately. When it first happened, I thought it was the filter with a bad anti-drain vavle. But I changed oil and filter a couple weeks ago, and it still does the same thing. I always use Havoline 10w30, change every 3k miles, and Mann filters. Car only has 115k miles now. Should I worry about it, or your cars also does this? THanks
