Thanks for the reply , Sean. I want to use the existing holes replacing the originals. The speedo and tach are the biggest offenders. The speedo drive gear is nylon and meshed to a metal gear in the box. The nylon gears don't last long unless alignment is exactly right, like in a brand new gearbox. Also, the angle drive for the cable always leaks. The speedo is usually inaccurate along with the tach. I'm not overly concerned about the other gauges. Oil pressure is a straightforward pressure line hookup. I don't care about oil temp. Water temp is easy. Fuel is easy but since I have no baffles in my tank, reading the gauge is pointless. Gauge depth behind the panel is not a concern. There's room. The original temp gauge is that oblong thing in the middle of the cluster. It's primitive at best and could be replaced with some idiot lights to supplement the gauges. All I want are some gauges that will fit the existing holes and a method to hook up an electronic speedo if that's possible. Thanks for the info.
