Still no start!! 700 1990

Hello Elmer:

I used to have a 760GLE that suddenly wouldn't start when the weather was cold-- seems to me that your no-start corresponds to the cold weather coming back to the GTA.

There are two things that could contribute besides an ECU-- fuel pressure regulator and the coolant temp sensor. On my 760 it was the fuel pressure regulator-- it failed in the atypical manner, where there were no vapors/fuel in the vacuum line.

After you crank the car, are the plugs wet or dry?

Alternatively, I wonder if Suter's has an ECU in one of their parts cars that they might sell you-- they had a 760 and a 940 last time I was there...

Good luck!
