Stuck rings 740 turbo 700

Hi again,
Got a 1991 740 turbo bought not running with 114,000 mi. The Previous owner blew a lower hose and severely overheated the engine. Replaced the head but have low compression in 3 cylinders I’m thinking the rings are stuck in the piston grooves due to the overheating and I am hoping not to have to disassemble the engine. I poured a few cc’s of transmission fluid in the affected cylinders overnight but no help compression is still about 70 psi. after burning tranny oil out hot. I did a wet compression test and the readings went up considerably. Any ideas or other tricks I can try? (Carb cleaner in the cylinder, marvel mystery oil????)
Thanks..Mo
