A locker in a 240?

While I'm here I'll throw this question out - i'm real curious - Which, if any, RWD straight axle from Volvo came equipped with a limited slip diff or a full out locked diff? I've ran across some info a long while back that said that, but I figured it was a farce... Was I being lied to? And if i was not, how can you identify a LS equipped housing without cracking 10mm bolts all day at the junkyard?

Also, I'm an avid offroader in case you haven't seen the two-door lifted Tahoe next to my 240 in the pics I posted from another post - In my circle of friends the most covetted prize is the Volvo Transportal axles that were originally a military ONLY item but we've seen them on some V90 Cross Country's and in some British-purchased XC90's - these axles can outrun the price of any other axle, even OX... I was wondering if anyone else has seen these stateside???
