cams and heads 120-130

Well, the Isky cam can be VV61 OR 7001 but not both. The 7001 is
the same as the VV71 (at least nowadays).
If you are going in with a used cam be sure and check it first as the
B18, B20 and B30 are pretty hard on cams and lifters. Should have around
0.250 lift at the cam or more. Normally you can tell a worn lobe because
the shoulders of the lobe are rounded, but if any have less lift than the
rest, that cam is a candidate for the scrap.
New lifters are usually more economical than used ones, especially if cams
and gaskets and time are worth anything to you.
