camshaft drive wheel replacement (???) 900 1997

OK...1997 960, I have been getting some wierd, sporatic noises and determined they/it are/is from the driver's side TB pulley in front of one cam...
I checked it all out it with the funnel & hose trick as per DEWFPO,
and isolated it!
I previously replaced the alt belt pulley, but to no avail- oh well, and now I see for sure where it is, must be the bearing making all the noise!

Now what is this geared wheel/pulley called so I can order it gte it installed??

There are two, each about 4-5 inches in diameter and the timing belt runs them yada yada....
A dealer only item I assume?!?

Thanks- Mike!
