1986 240 wagon, won't start cold, bump starts though.

After the car sits for about 5 hours it won't start with key. If the car has only sat for an hour or two it usually key starts. If I let it coast down a small hill and pop the clutch it starts. I put a spark plug in the ignition coil wire and while the car is turning over with the key it doesn't spark, but when I release the key it usally sparks twice, some times this spark that happens when I release the key starts the car. Please help me solve this 3 month problem. (new plugs, wires, bosch cap, rotor, brain, Air mass sensor) I had some wires that had poor insulation, and have put them all inside there own rubber hose)
