Note that this is a very late B230 engine, with the round-tooth "100K" timing belt. This would be right for 93-up cars.

I use a mirror by the way, a welding inspection mirror works very nicely, for observing alignment on the intermediate shaft. It's not important when doing a 700 or 900 engine, but it's good practice for the 240s.

I still vote for the Rope Trick for tightening and loosening the crank bolt.
