No oil flow

You can take the tension off the timing belt, and spin the intermediate shaft sprocket by hand. After 10 turns or so, oil should be making it up to the head. If you have the valve cover off, it should be obvious.

If no flow, you've got a bad oil pump. There are some o-rings and a relief valve in there which can fail. I've seen a couple with no oil pressure at idle but enough when revved up.

The oil pan can be dropped to service it. You're getting way too familiar with a red-block, you know...
