Another poor fitting FCP Groton Part

The problem with any mail order source is that of course I discovered the fit issue only after opening up the A/C system and swapping in the new part. I'm not very happy with the idea of leaving the system open for 1-2 weeks while sorting out replacement part issues.

I guess the moral of the story is that mail ordering no-name parts from the other side of the country is a hit and miss proposition. The name brand things I've gotten from FCP Groton have been ok. My issues have been with mystery brand white box stuff.
