suspension madness 200 1989

Hi all,

I just replaced the tie rod ends on the brick and i need shocks/struts. i've got a set of boge turbo gas on the way from FCP. i'll do the rears but the fronts i will likely take to the shop. however, my current problem is when i turn the wheel all the way to the left and go slow, under 10MPH, it feels like it is running over something, like it went over a bump, but ONLY on the left front wheel. the right front, as well the the rears, don't do this. also the left front tire squeals. it is not a pleasant feeling, so i've only let it happen once. i know the car needs an alignment which i'm having done this week. will that take care of it or is some other integral suspension component responsible for the wheel issue? thanks in advance.
