It is a 1-2 hour job to do all three mounts. Parts cost varies greatly depending on dealer vs. aftermarket parts, and if aftermarket, which ones.

Often the transmission mount needs to be replaced at the same time as the engine mounts. $200-$300 sounds like the right ballpark depending on your local shop rates.
