Coolant Flush & Fill, New Hoses - Do I need to replace Heater Hoses - Also ps belt noise 200 1993

Hello Brickboarders:

Two questions: Re: 93 244; 135K

First, Did a coolant flush today according to Fitz's instructions and have replaced radiator and exp tank hoses along with t-stat. However, do I really need to replace the heater hoses? With the confined space towards the firewall, replacement of these hoses looks to be a PITA and it appears the existing hoses are in decent shape. What's the collective recommendation?

Second, my ps belt makes a lot of noise. If I spray water on it, it quiets down completely. It has been replaced along with all the accessory bushings about 5K ago, sits in the pulley properly and looks like it is traveling straight and true. Is there any decent belt dressing that will quiet the belt down?

Lastly, thanks for all your help keeping my bricks in order. BTW, cleaning the expansion tank with a handful of gravel is a great idea.
