HI!

Yes, Those MISAB manifolds are made to replace single SU`s. They are usually whith WEBER 32/36 DGV (mec.choke) or 32/36 DAGV (aut.choke). VOLVO has sold those R-Sport performance parts.I sold one new fully ready to install. (250E). It is suitable B 18-20 just adj. idle mixture. I was going to install it to one B-20, but it had R-cam and 46/38 valves, so it was not enough cfm. There is now twin 40 DCOE`s, and runs correctly. Have you read "VOLVO Performance book" by Paul Grimshaw? It has ex. fully list OEM-cams. Also you can take contact in Sweden : UNITEK ST, Luleå , SPM-Motor (Sten Parner) or TIMO`s Motor (Timo Kormu) They have experience since 60`s, and information in English. BTW: UNITEK has about 18 new technolocy cams to fit B-18-20 including 112DEC TURBO Cams. Best whishes to You.
