65 122 Ilder Arm 120-130

So I recently finished installing the generator to alt conversion (thanks Ron!!) and I now have to move to different areas that are causing trouble. I know my idler arm creates too much play, I cant get a proper alignment, so question time:

Is it worth it to get a new (used!)idler arm setup?, or just bushings. i am worried the idler arm is too far gone to save, and have heard it can be a bit of trouble to put new bushings in.

In any case, does anyone have a good source for either bushings or the whole setup?

Thanks again,
Devin
