B234 in a 240? 200 1978

So over winter break I pulled the 400,000 mile B21F out of my '78 245, and put in a B234. I'm running MSnS-E for fuel, and EDIS (Ford's modern version of K-jet spark!) for spark. I can't remember off the top of my head all that had to be done to make it work, but there was a fair chunk.

Has anybody else on here done it, or know of anybody who has?
