2 filter question 900

Does anyone have experience with the Mobil 1 oil filter instead of a MANN or Volvo filter when running synthetic oil?

Secondly today I made a mistake of changing my original fuel filter (193K miles) with a new Bosch filter. Broke the single stud (driver side) of the cradle. Was unable to get the fuel lines of the rusted old one. Hours later finally broke altogether.
Put in the new filter and the filter leaks at where the nut for inlet is crimped in the housing. This is not a seal leak it comes straight out of a pinhole on one of the hex angles of the canister housing/skin.

It is Saturday eve, I can't get a new part as it is special order. Does anybody now of a in-line fuel filter I can put in place as an interim that is easy to be had at PepBoiys/Autozone, etc., or can I forgo a filter all together for a couple of days until the new one comes in.
