First Engine Swap - Any words of wisdom? 200

I'll be tackling my first engine swap this weekend. I'm transplating a b21ft from one 240 into another. Both cars are '83 245Ts, and I'm keeping the transmissions attached, so I'm hoping that will siplify the process.

I have an engine hoist and leveller, have stripped out most of what I don't want from the donor car, and plan on having its engine/tranny ready to come out at the start of the weekend. I plan on using a pallet to rest one engine down on while the other is removed. I'm going to keep all the accessories with the donor engine except the PS pump and the AC compressor.

Any words of advice from those of you who have done soemthing like this? I've researched and found a lot of great information on which parts to take off and in what order, but I'm wondering where others may have gotten stuck doing a swap like this.

Thanks, and I'll try to document the process and report back here.
