Pipe from water pump to heater hose 200

While I was at the boneyard the other day, I thought I'd see if I could find a decent water-pump-to-heater-hose pipe. (I don't need it now, but would like to have one on hand just in case.) Both of the pipes I pulled looked good from the outside (I pulled from cars where the pipe was covered by a "protective" coat of engine oil), but were already crumbling from the inside right where the pipe meets the pump. Is there a source where these pipes can be had new?

By the way, pulling from the boneyard meant taking the exhause manifold loose to gain access to the bolt holding the pipe to the block. Not a problem. All eight nuts came loose easily on both cars. (I left them stacked neatly near the hood latch.)

Thanks very much in advance!
