Groten control arms

I started into the 97- 960 yesterday and found on the drivers side and pasengers side as well that both large bushings have cracked on the control arms that were supplied to me from Groten. I have less that 30k miles on these control arms. Along with the above I found that the small bushing on the drivers side control arm is also shot. These arms were the Mayle brand and looked identical to the OEM control arms in every way. Be aware that when doing this job for your self ,that when the time comes you should buy the OEM bushings to make sure you don't have the same problem.

PS-Should these bushings be lubed with any grease or such ,when being installed?
Thanks
