Hello Steve:

I think you mean GummiPflege, which means rubber care in German. GummiFluege translates as rubber flights!

Years ago an aircooled VW guru who used to help me with my Karmann Ghia had something that he used on perished rubber seals that worked wonders on ancient rubber-- I have long regretted not finding out what it was-- the effect on 30 year old rubber was nothing short of miraculous!
