FCP Groton Customer servive ???


I ordered a timing belt cover Tuesday, knew I was pressing my luck because we are going away Saturday. The box arrived Thursday, super fast with the cheapest shipping. But it was the wrong part -- the back of the belt cover. I called and they said they would credit the account and send me something to return the wrong part in. The guy apologized for leaving me stuck. (an apology goes a long way with me).

It was my 4th order with them. The first 3 were right, and fast. We'll see what happens, and I'll post. I wouldn't walk away from them based on one screw-up.
