Window play

My passenger rear window (power) moves slowly when starting, but most noticeably "sways" from front-to-rear, up-to-down like there is "slack" being taken up. When I put the window back up, it then "rocks" rear-to-front, like the "slack" is then being moved around upward.
I'm not sure if I explained this correctly for anyone to understand. But, basically where my the other windows operate "taught" this particular window seems to shift around a lot ,but still "operates" regardless. I would like to know what I'm in for, before I rip everything apart on the door.
