Spark plug deposits 120-130

Hi all,

I've read through sdewolf's thread on 'spark plugs and carburretion' and was wondering whether you guys can give me your opinion on my plugs.
I have tried to attach the image to this thread but i can't seem to get it right.
The image is saved in the photo gallery under the technical section for 120-130 series cars. It is called volvo 122s B20 spark plug.

The plug has a uniform brownish, biscuit colour on the electrode and porcelin.
The end of the thread is still black though.
The engine uses oil at high speeds and generally needs to be overhauled but i was curious as to the setting on my carbs.

Thanks in advance.
