Courtesy Light Switch Hookup 1800 1970

Can anyone out there tell me how their courtesy light switch is electrically hooked up? The lucas three-position switch on my '70 1800E is mounted under the left hand side of the dash next to the fresh air knob, but the previous owner disconnected it for some reason and now it only has one short piece of black wire hanging from one of it's five leads (!) I think at one time he may have had the car's aftermarket driving lights wired thru this switch,...but that's only a guess-

From the Wiring Diagram, it appears it should be hooked up to leads from the door switch (0.5-black), the left courtesy light switch(unknown color), ground (black) and power from the buzzer (1.0 black).

My problems are that I don't know if my assumptions from the Wiring Diagram are correct (it's difficult to read) or how these wires should be attached to this particular switch.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated-
