Oil pressure light flashes on briefly under acceleration, only with engine warm 700 1991

1991 745t, 240k miles. Oil pressure light has started flashing on for a second or so during moderate to hard acceleration, only with the engine warm, never when cold. Dipstick shows oil level still full 2000 miles after oil change. Oil looks normal, slightly dirty. No unusual noises except for what I assume is piston slap--has been doing that for a while. This was an occasional issue, only under hard acceleration, until the past few days, when it became more frequent and extended to moderate acceleration as well. Outside temp has varied from the 40s to the 80s. Any thoughts?
