HEAT THE FANGE TILL IT GLOWS,TRYING TO LEAVE THE BROKEN STUD COOLERTHAN THE FLANGE THEN HIT IT WITH A HAMMER AND PUNCH YOU ONLY NEED TO MOVE IT 1 EIGHT OF AN INCH. IF THAT DOES NOT WORK GO FROM THE FRONT OF THE CAR AND TRY TO MELT THE STUDOUT OF THE FLANGE AND USE A PUNCH AND HAMMER WHEN IT IS MOLTEN TO GET THE LARGEST PART OF IT OUT.
