blowing fan/wiper fuses ? 140-160

hey my car blew the wiper/fan fuse and then had some problems with corosion on the terminals in the fuse box , I cleaned them all up and now blew another fuse the wipers work fine but do make a wired noise when you turn them on the first time each day ( mabie needs lubed?) but the fan switch sometimes does not turn on when i turn it up i have to turn it down then back up and works mabie my fan switch is on its way out . second thind my amp light almost always flshes very dim ( its always done this) ive never ran out of batt power and the rear demist botton does not light up when on , but when the amp light is not dimmly on the rear demist lights up ? third problem I think i know the fix to this the turn lamp indicators inside always stay on and when I signal inside the car it flashes the wrong way , Ive been told this is the diode in my flasher realay burnt out and I have not found a relay local yet but am ordering one at the end of the week ( along with a driver side turn lens some one took out on my car )
