heater core? S90-V90

OK, I have read thru piles of posts on the subject. I hope it is not the heater core but I am afraid that is the case. A leak showing up on the passenger floor, fogged windscreen, occasional mist from the vents. No leak on drivers floor and it looks like the core is on that side of the tunnel? If the core is on the passenger side of the tunnel where is the leak on the passenger side coming from?
If it is the heater core I might try to run some seal in there(just into the core, not thru the entire system) just to see if I can get at least a short term repair to get the beast thru the winter. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated. And if someone has the heater/ac pages they can mail me that would be great. Where can I get the OEM manual for the system?
