flat spots on tires 700 1990

Just got a 90 745 n/a that had sat , literally, in one spot for about a year or so on the ground. It bumps when driving, just wondering if the tires will work themselves out to ride smoothly at some point or will they have to be replaced. They have xlnt tread and the rears are snows. Car has the howling ghost under it at low speeds which a good lubing of the support bearing should eliminate. It's a nice white car with tan leather in nice cond with only 135k on it. Before being parked the car had a new tbelt, water pump, rad and hoses. Front rotors were just turned and a/c converted to 134.
