New retractable seat belts and 3rd brake light 120-130

I've been seeing somebody (Carpartswholesale) on ebay advertising retractable seatbelts for $80 a pair. Has anybody had any experience with these? I called their info number and they say that they manufacture them here in the US (California).

3 or 4 years ago I bought a pair ($120) from Michael Sallstrom (CVI) made by STAHL (Germany) that I'm happy with (currently looking for a 2nd 122 and for friends). Those, although they work well enough, do not have a cover for the takeup spool and now cost just under $100/each.

Maybe somebody knows of a STAHL supplier stateside. I'd guess they're similar to a VW setup.

Second. After reading of others' being rear ended, I'm thinking that I'd like to find a 3rd brake light for the rear shelf. IPD used to sell something that fit the slope of the rear window. I don't think they supply this any longer. Anybody found one they like?
